NPO Klassiek visits Tatiana Koleva with 'Stembus Klassieke Top 400'

On Monday, September 21, NPO Klassiek visited the Prins Claus Conservatorium with the 'Stembus Klassieke Top 400'. The broadcast made a special stop to visit Tatiana Koleva (main subject teacher percussion), who's dedicated to raising the profile of contemporary percussion repertoire.

'Klassieke Top 400 is a ranking of the 400 finest classical music pieces, chosen by listeners of the radio broadcast NPO Klassiek. As part of the voting week for NPO Klassiek’s 'Klassieke Top 400', the broadcasters travel across the Netherlands from Monday, September 21, to Friday, September 25, to collect votes.

During their visit to our conservatoire, the spotlight was on Tatiana Koleva and her love for percussion. For her voting recommendation, Tatiana chose Bartók's Music for Strings, Percussion and Celesta II. We are delighted that the NPO Klassiek visited us and that Tatiana was able to share her passion for the percussion repertoire on national radio.
