Artworks by Minerva students at Prins Claus Conservatorium

The jazz department got a new face! Students from Fine Art and Design at Minerva Art Academy worked on artistic interventions for the 4th floor of the conservatoire building.
The assignment: to make the experience of music, musicality and passion visible and tangible. Fine Art and Design students each approached this in their own way, working with different materials, methods and perspectives.
Throughout the process, the value of art became visible beyond the final works: as a way to spark conversation, strengthen community and bring students from different disciplines together. Jazz students were also involved in the process and choose the winning concept. Last week, Minerva students installed and finished the works on site.
