On Sunday 8 February, Kurt Weiss will be the special guest of the Stageband Jazz Orchestra.
The orchestra performs an eclectic mix of compositions and arrangements by, among others, Bill Holman, Bert Joris, Peter Herbolzheimer, Henri Gerrits, Steven Sluiter and Kurt Weiss himself.
The guest soloist is trumpeter Kurt Weiss, lecturer at our conservatoire.
Expect an afternoon filled with swinging big band sounds and dazzling solos.
