PCC Presents: Radio recordings Co de Kloet

Seasoned jazz radio presenter Co de Kloet kicks off 'PCC Presents' with a concert and live radio recording in the Jazz Club of the Prins Claus Conservatorium.

During PCC Presents, students of the Prins Claus Conservatorium showcase their work across eleven events at locations in and outside Groningen. This presentation week is a vibrant showcase where you can enjoy projects and concerts by musicians in training. Expect a unique opportunity to discover the new generation of musicians: fresh talent ready to shape tomorrow’s sound.

Radio Recordings – Co de Kloet

Seasoned jazz radio presenter Co de Kloet kicks off PCC Presents with a concert and live radio recording in the Jazz Club of the Prins Claus Conservatorium. Three bands will be featured during this recording: first, a sextet consisting of alumni and faculty members of the conservatoire – Ancel Klooster with Suzan Veneman, Efraim Trujilo, Jeroen Vierdag, Joost Swart, and Francien van Tuinen.

Ancel recently released his album Martini Grey, in which, with his Groningen roots, he reaches out toward the metropolitan allure of New York. The second band is led by student Dimitrios Karkoulias. This pianist of Greek origin performs lyrical and passionate jazz together with his trio.
